Incredible Italian!. Who wants to read a long, boring review of anything, let alone a restaurant. For this reason I will keep this short. We arrived at 9 PM and were in a seated at a table by 9:05 PM. Our server was on the spot and attentive to our needs. Ambiance was very good as was the decor. I went with Arancini, the Caesar salad, and the Veal chop. Arancini, excellent, extra credit for the red sauce. The Caesar was one of the best ever, and very well portioned. The veal chops were huge, delicious and cooked perfectly to medium. You can tell attention and care goes into everything. This is incredible Italian, and probably the best chop I have ever had.

This was our first time at Sinatra’s it was by far one the most outstanding meals we have had. Starting with the bartender followed by our waitress the service was excellent and could not have better. I would recommend this to anyone.

Rude and Overpriced. One star is too many. Minus five would be more appropriate. Rude maitre’d doubling as our waiter verbally assaulted my mentally ill son and made him so sick he couldn’t eat, then refused to take the $18.00 marinara they served him off our check. I left without eating so the miscreant extorted $200 from my girlfriend and her sister. I will be taking this up with the owner and the federal, state, and local human rights commissions. Stay tuned for updates. Last time we were there we had a similarly bad experience. When the same rude maitre’d saw my sick son he tried to make our whole party eat in the bar. Have these troglodytes not heard of the Americans With Disabilities Act? They are about to get an expensive lesson in federal court on the meaning of reasonable accommodation. In the meantime, please do not patronize Sinatra’s. Sinatra’s has exhibited to me a pattern of discrimination against my disabled son.

Absolutely Delicious!. I am very particular on my red sauce and they have a great one here. Homey Italian feeling inside. Felt like everyone was family. Everything we ordered was outstanding. Service was attentive, recommended good dishes and very polite. Knew what they were doing pairing the wine with the meals. If you are into braciole this is the place to get it. The beans and greens rivaled homemade ones we have had at family dinners. Get the artichoke appetizer. Most meals you can get a side of escarole or pasta. We seemed to get both and wasn’t disappointed with either. The portion sizes were big and very filling. Veal was very tender and some of the best around. Diners also enjoyed the fish and chicken dishes. There were barely any leftovers to take home. Even the desserts were great. Had the cassata cake and you could taste the rum inside. This place is a must go for authentic Italian food!

Awesome Deserts. Went to Sinatras for a pair of Birthday celebrations. Ordered the beans and greens as they are a Italian Staple and really enjoyed them at Fortunas in the Falls. The soup was good, but not great. The Eggplant Parm at $17.95 was worth about $7.95. No where near as good as Touch of Italy’s. (Plus it was $18.95 on my bill). We also ordered the fish specials that were $28 but a good size. Our beef was rare in the middle. We didnt send it back. The service was outstanding. The decor is dated and the bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. You know you are in North Buffalo for sure.As the title says, the Deserts were the highlight of the meal. The Lemoncello was fantastic and canoli was fresh. It was a good meal, but not worth $250.

Quality Italian Food.. Sinatra’s has been knocked because of it’s servers, which is sometimes deserved. The food however is of the highest quality for reasonable prices. The lasagna is the best you will ever have, bar none. The Osso Bucco is to die for and the Seafood Alla Sinatra is in a class by itself. Every piece of seafood in this dish is fresh and not overcooked, which can be a problem at some places. The attitude of the servers makes up for any inconvenience; they are always friendly and respectful. We went to dinner there a while back with some friends and wound up talking for hours. We never feel rushed and always are satisfied with the quality and preparation of the food.
