The food was good as was the service. This is an old chestnut in the neighborhood. If you drive there is plenty of on street parking after 7:00pm. Great location if you are going to the Irish Repotory Theater.
Had dinner on Labor Day and the restaurant was almost entirely for us. The service was very friendly and accommodating! Food and beverages were enjoyable. This is a typical NYC Italian restaurant with a good ambiance.
Cozy restaurant, homey atmosphere. They offer daily specials. We had the ribeye steak (delicious, prepared exactly as requested, fresh asparagus), pasta (generous portion, great sauce), salmon (nice portion). Had there tiramisu for dessert which was delicious. So glad we stopped in.
