Binki Cafe is just about the coolest dessert shop in NYC. You choose a soft serve flavor, and then select a cotton candy topper. Watching the process was so entertaining. This is a hidden gem of NYC.
Took my kids and nephews to this little place. They were amazed and loved it. We were alone there but would guess if busy it’d take some waiting time to get your ice-cream but still totally worth it. Tasty and different. Kids loved it!
