To the point that some cafes in USA, UK and many other countries proudly advertise that they have an Australian barista. Bluestone lane is one such cafe, perfect Melbourne style flat white in the Big Apple. What a relief it was after having to drink Starbucks for 3 days straight.Even the logo on the cup is ‘Victoria Police’.
