Yesterday I stopped at Urban Space Vanderbilt to have lunch. I opted for a chipotle shrimp taco at Takumi. The shell was crisp and shattered when I started eating it. It ended up as taco chips mixed with a bland colored shrimp salad with edamame, guacamole, sesame seeds and a host of other ingredients. Surprisingly, it was tasty!
I ate here for lunch at its new location at UrbanSpace Vanderbilt. The line was long but SO worth it. I got the bento box which comes with two tacos, a green salad and your choice of side. I ordered a spicy tuna taco and a chipotle shrimp taco with a side of slaw. The taco was the perfect size and so tasty. From the sauce to the greens and tortilla everything about it made me really happy.
