Stop by before they sell out!. I never would’ve bought from a food truck in the past, but I heard such great things about Big Kev’s that I begged my father to pick me up a potato and a 1/3 rack of ribs on the way back from Monticello. Unfortunately due to summer traffic that included a country concert at Bethel Woods, he didn’t make it home in time for me to eat before work. So….a day later, and I thought for lunch, I’d for sure be able to eat both. Not so!!! I’m so full from the potato that I haven’t tried the ribs yet…. Potato was still great even a day later and reheated…and only cost $5…..They sell out around 5 or 6, so call and order early!

I live 2 hours from them and have planned trips with a meal there being a MUST!! It is a small log home style food trailer across from a Citgo gas station located in White Lake. Eat there I promise it won’t be a bad experience
