Superb – always. Once again our vacation included a trip to Roots! Our dinner was beyond our expectations. My husband ordered a corn soup that he was as good as mine (smart man) and a wonderful pasta and sausage dish. I had a sweet potato and black bean burger that was heavenly – every last drop! But the star of the dinner was a marzipan brownie. Too full to eat it there the staff boxed it up for me to eat the next day! It was the best dessert I have ever eaten. Thank you for always caring about your customer, the quality of your food, the joy of eating at your restaurant. See you next summer
Great Food & Service AAAAA. August 2012 for late lunch and although we are not health foodies we enjoyed two of the best sandwiches ever! The first was sweet potato, black bean with chipotle and the second was lentils, apricots and walnuts. These came on wonderful fresh home baked rolls accompanied by terrific fries and a fresh green salad with black beans. Of course burgers and other items were available too. Server was cordial and attentive and bill was under $20. The only complaint we have is that they would not sell us a dozen of the delicious rolls!
