A Dominican Caf in Elmont. Bonao Caf prepares that Dominican specialty shake, Morir Soando. That alone is worth points. We happened upon Bonao Caf in Elmont by a recommendation. I was fine with the beef stew and moro this past Thursday. My spouse had the stewed pork ribs and pasteles. We passed on the morir soando for limonada as our beverage.
