Placed a phone order before leaving work to be picked up as I work nearby, but live in Port Washington. Charged for full order, and when I arrived home I saw that my order was incomplete. I understand that errors can be made. I called the restaurant to ask that the portion of the items that were not included be credited to my charge card. The manager told me that he included everything and that he would not credit me. He did not even offer to replace the missing items. I asked to speak to the owner who was not there. I have never had such a strange experience. After reading several reviews, I see that this restaurant seems to convieniently overcharge or not provide the food ordered. I NEVER ever had problems when they first opened. Someone seems like they are on the take, at the expense of the customer! NOT AN ETHICAL BUSINESS AT ALL!
