The food needs improvement. Had the Cavatelli and it was tasteless. The rigatoni was well made. The scampi was dry and had an excess amount of garlic. I heard the pizza place down the street owned by them is 5 stars though.
Delicious homecooked Italian food in a cozy relaxed atmosphere. Fratelli is one of my all time favorite Italian restaurants. The taste and the quality of chef and owner Sal Cucullo’s mouth watering dishes will make you want to return again and again. My favorite dish is no longer on the menu but Chef Sal will make it special for you – ask for Spaghetti AOP – spaghetti with fresh ripe plum tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil. The sauce is prepared while you wait and the flavor is out of this world! Pair it with a glass of Chianti and you are in heaven. Any of Chef Sal’s creations will satisy your taste buds and satisfy yur craving for home cooked Italian food that is so hard to find. When it comes to Italian food I am the hardest person to please. Fratelli Restaurant is pure satisfaction for those of us who crave fresh, simple, delicious, and awesome Italian food!
