2:20 Wait and still no food!. I placed my on-line order at 6:57(at the New Rochelle Planet Wings) . At 8 i called to find out what was taking so long and i was told that it would be about another 1/2 hour since many people had placed an order at the same time. At 8:17 i received an email stating that the order went out for delivery. At 8:45 i called to find out where my order was and i was told that the driver was delivering 6 orders at once! At 9:17 i called back again and i was told that my order had been given to some one else by mistake. WTF. 2 hours and 20 minutes for F#@$ing nothing ! I will never order from them again.
