5 stars!. This is one of my favorite restaurants! Meals are always delicious. When considering where to go to dinner, it always comes back to here. Steaks are prepared as requested, fish is FRESH and delicious, pasta entrees are satisfying and decadent. Well worth the prices charged- which are reasonable. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is cozy. It’s no wonder why they’ve been around so long.
I’m from Boston and am used to eating well. When we eat out in the middle of nowhere when visiting family of upstate new York, we have low expectations. BUT – this place is downright phenomenal! My fIghter and I enjoyed the delicious, moist tuna special , while my husband raved about the pork. I have never written a review before, but was inspired by this experience. I also spoke to the owner, who advised that he makes all the sauces himself and told me how he carefully puchases so as to achieve the outstanding meal we experienced!
