Bentley’s is a hole in the wall about an hour outside of NYC directly outside the gates of the historic Tuxedo Park community. The reason to go to Bentley’s is their breakfast. They have great breakfast sandwiches that they will prepare to your specifications (mostly). I recommend the Zebra Bentley, which is your choice of meat, egg, cheese and hash brown on their specialty roll. I’d suggest having this on toast; their rolls, although prized by the deli are pretty dry. All and all, this makes for a great breakfast.
