Terrible Staff. It is amazing how a business can make you feel angry after spending your money there. The girl who answers the phone and gets orders together is a miserable human being that is nasty to customers. No one else at Frank’s seems to care. Their food is okay but not worth dealing with the staff. Within a 1-4 minute drive you could be at a different pizza/italian place where the food is great and they appreciate your business (Leo’s, Joe’s, La Villa Italia, Luca, etc). Newburgh is filled with great places. Pass on Frank’s, spend your money somewhere else.
