HORRIBLE!. This place was absolutely horrible! We called in a delivery order, and after waiting over an hour we called to see where it was, and they were completely rude and didn’t understand us very well. The driver finally showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes after we ordered (we live 5 miles from the location), and when my husband complained about the time they gave us an excuse that someone didn’t answer the door. That would not delay our order that much! So then the driver took our food and left! When my husband called to say he left with our food and we need a refund, the woman hung up the phone on him! She flat out hung up while he was talking! I can’t believe it! So my husband drove all the way there to get our food and see what they would do to resolve this, and they voided the transaction, but didn’t offer him anything at all. They didn’t offer us our food back, or to make us new hot food after my husband drove all the way there since our other food would surely be cold by now, or even an apology! This was the absolute worst experience ever with a restaurant! They obviously do not value the customer at all, and we will definitely be putting in a report to the Better Business Bureau.
