Bad Customer Service. Food is decent. Wait staff is nice. But…purchased a coupon off Restaurant.com to Villa Italia, and they refused to honor it. All terms and conditions were met and coupon stated that it did not expire. However, they didn’t want to honor it because they no longer were part of the program. So you sell a promotion, take the customers money, then refuse to honor the promotion? Doesn’t seem to ethical to me. The owners nephew was extremely rude and unprofessional. Wont be eating here again!
