Excellent fried calamari and excellent paparadelle pasta with pork ragu. We stopped here on our way back to CT. Was recommended by our innkeeper in a Hyde Park.
Great thin crust pizza. Cosimo’s prepares a unique and really delicious thin crust pizza in a traditional open hearth oven. The dough is finished with semolina flour which results is a crunchy exterior, but still moist and chewy in the center. There is a good selection of toppings – my favorite is arugula with shrimp scampi. You can also order a half pizza with salad, which is more than enough for dinner. northcountryrambler.com
