The restaurant is rather small but if you miss Indonesian food, this is a good place to visit. The food we tried tasted good and authentic. The service was quick and courteous. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. Would love to eat there again.
I’m not sure how authentic Awang Kitchen is for Indonesian food, but the menu certainly offers some of the staples. The space is small, but the portions are sizable. The Indonesian dishes are better than what’s available in Manhattan and the drinks/desserts are also Indonesian-inspired.
