Doa Serves Typical Dominican Fare. Doa Juana Bar & Grill is a comfortable space that has the requisite steam table showing the day’s featured dishes. Yesterday, I selected pollo horneado, berenjena guisado, and espagueti for my lunch plate. The baked chicken was fine. The stewed eggplant was properly seasoned. The spaghetti was limp and overcooked, but oddly, meshes very well with the chicken and eggplant. My spouse selected rabo guisado plus the same accompaniments as me. The stewed oxtail was tender and separated from the bone. Doa Juana is a pleasant space for a meal when in Corona.
