Grilled Salmon – A Special to Repeat. Chez Mike is a small place in a strip mall. The atmosphere is so-so but the food was very good. I had the Grilled Salmon special with a celery root and spinach puree served with a citrus and pink peppercorn sauce. It was fabulous! We brought our own wine which was a white Burgundy with complemented both the Salmon and the Dusted Porcini Dusted Chicken in Madeira sauce. (I like Madeira sauce a little thicker but it tasted great.) I will definitely return with friends.
