The waiting staff is very kind but the product they are forced to bring out of the kitchen is very subpar. I had eggplant parmigiana and it tasted like it had come out of the freezer and was microwaved really quick. They have good portion size but the quality is poor. The cost is outrageous for the quality they bring out of the kitchen. I can’t figure out why the parking lot is always so full when I drive by. I guess the saying is really true, don’t judge a book by its cover.

The food is mediocre. I really don’t like the marinara sauce, but there are a few things on the menu. Some friends always pick this place, so I have tried a few different things, and my favorite is the mushroom stuffed ravioli in a cream sauce. I really didn’t like the chicken parm. It was greasy and the sauce was gross, I had to scrape it off. It even tasted a little burnt. The fried calamari isn’t bad, although bland. It I were going to pick a place for Italian, this wouldn’t be my choice.

Fine for a quick dinner. Mediocre Italian food, about what you’d find at Olive Garden quality-wise. The marinara sauce is a consistent source of heartburn, and I’m not really sure if anyone there has a clue what al dente means.

Meh. Not up to my standards for an Italian restaurant. I prefer places that offer oil with bread. Also, I did not like the chicken parm. The chicken alfredo was good but too creamy and would probably make most people feel sick. Nice location but overall not impressed.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! GREAT FOOD! WONDERFUL STAFF!!. On Feb 25th, I callled in to request for assistance. I was in Florida and I needed to reserve a table for two for a cousin celebrating his 60th birthday. Lo and behold! It was magic! They prepared a table for 2 INSPITE OF SHORT NOTICE!! ( 4 HOURS) Cousin Bob and hs wife Tess were warmly welcomed (on a cold snowy evening!!) and were greeted cheerfully by the staff. The service was great !!. The food was excellent.!! Jem made it possible ! She was truly kind. She accepted my credit card guarantee thus enabling us to bring joy to a birthday celebrant who truly deserved to feel that he is loved and is special!!!Three cheers for the Moscatiello’s management and staff!!Customer satisfaction -100%medi
