Good food, service needs some serious work!. For the SECOND time in two weeks I was given the wrong sandwhich in my TO GO order. Unfortunately I didn’t discover the error until I arrived back at my office and I simply didn’t have time to return to get the problem corrected. I’ve eaten at Ludwig’s more than a handful of times in the last several months as I try and support local, home grown businesses before heading to the chains. Getting the wrong order after waiting nearly 25 minutes in the first place isn’t acceptable…and I typically go a bit later to avoid the rush. Please, work on your service issues.
