Over Priced Diner Quality Food. The only thing tougher than my sirloin fillet were the dinner rolls, which were served cold with a frozen slab of butter. My caesar salad was small and not very fresh. My cheesecake was tiny. The water tasted like well-water, with a distinct sulfur smell and taste. The waitress had the personality of a sock.
What a waste of $90. The food was mediocre at best. Our cheese flight cost $14, yet had $4 worth of bottom level cheddar and salami. Curry chicken kabobs were dry & covered in a fake curry powder. The Korean duck was the only decent thing we had. Duck was a bit over cooked. The rice was so overlooked it had turned to mush. The only reason this place exists is due to the Hyatt guests that need a convenient option, just like us. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Big spender. My wife and I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a marriage retreat. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner one day. First off, it is REALLY expensive. But, the food and service is impeccable. I would recommend that if you stay at the Hyatt you should eat there at least once…preferably dinner.
