Awful. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Blue Fig, New City. Don’t get me wrong the food was good, but they were out of two things on their menu and our silent, rude waiter did not check on our table or even acknowledge us. When my friend politely sent back her food because of bad vegetables, managers did not treat us well, and made us feel as if it was our fault. In fact, they all stood in plain sight, stared and laughed and talked about how annoying we were. It was a horrible experience and unfortunately it was our first experience there and we will not be returning. It’s a shame because if the service was better, it would have been very enjoyable.

My family and I love the Blu Fig. Have eaten there over 20 times and have never been disappointed. Pizza is fresh and delicious. Salads are inexpensive and a good size. Staff is friendly and attentive.
The VERY BEST WINGS EVER!. Never mind the acoustics – very very noisy. Terrace is fabulous but their Buffalo Wings are the BEST I EVER HAD!! OMG – something about the blue cheese dressing….THE BEST! And they do the wings just absolutely RIGHT!! Also the seared tuna salad is outstanding. Didn’t care much for the ceaesar….neither here nor there, nor the grilled vegetable salad….no great shakes…but the wings! oh my THE WINGS!
Um, Nesto’s remade?. Nice try, but same problems as when it was called Nesto’s. Save your money and go to Agnello’s.
Pizzas are very good, particularly the Greek. BBQ wings are a family favorite. Other entrees could use a little improvement. Pleasant, clean, modern, with striking brickoven. Urban cafe casual.
