Owner cares about MONEY ONLY !! Service Food Terrible.. Terrible Food. Terrible service. The owner refused to take a poorly cooked meal off of our check and needed to call the cops when i refused to pay for that meal. The whole meal was terrible.
First Time – Will absolutely go back!!. After enjoying Twelfth Night by the Babbling Brook Players at Clark Park in Suffern we Groupon’d it to the Bombay Grill in New City. I had heard amazing things and although Indian cuisine was never at the top of my list we decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. To the contrary – after the owner welcomed us he helped us make a selection – since we didn’t really know what to choose. We ended up with a Papri Chat appetizer ( Crispy fritters toss with potatoes, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, green chili & chat masala.) which was to die for – as a matter of fact….i think i just might call in an order right now for pick up. It was a generous portion and more than enough to share. For entrees we had the chicken curry and lamb curry. The lamb was unbelievably tender and both sauces were delicious! Absolutely delicious! If you are not accustomed to spicy you may want to mention that – they might be able to adjust. It was perfect for us though – I would say about a 7 on a scale of 1-10 on the heat meter. The service was impeccable, very friendly and attentive. All in all a wonderful experience all around. Definitely going back!
BEST Indian restaurant I have been to in all of NY and NJ. The owner was the nicest guy and I liked that he was present and working in the restaurant along with the other employees, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. This is a great place for people who want to try Indian cuisine for the first time, the owner was a great help at recommending dishes to suit our palettes. We also got a free dessert, which is always nice! Great food, amazing service, and an all you can eat buffet on weekdays? We will definitely be back!!
Will definitely go back!. The Bombay Grill has the best Indian food in Rockland county. I’ve tried a lot of the other options and this is my favorite by far. The naan was exactly right and the chicken tikka masala was perfectly flavored. I highly recommend the Bombay Grill, I will absolutely be going back!
Great food…great prices. Bombay Grill serves great food and has great service.The inexpensive lunch buffet offers a vast selection of popular Indian dishes (priced at $9.95 on weekdays; $12.95 on weekends). Definitely worth it if you are new to Indian food.Dinner is great too. You can order about 3 entrees, and have enough to share among 4 people. I’m a big fan of their saag paneer. deecuisine.com
Excellent Food and Service. Bombay Grill has AMAZING food and service. Everyone in that establishment was kind and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely a place my husband and I will go to often.
