Excellent food, truly prepared to order, never had problem with service. Located in quaint old house, only issue is restrooms upstairs so not handicapped accessible. This is the kind of place you go for a very special evening.
I am disappointed to write this review. The first time I was at Il Fresco I was blown away by the food. It was amazing and fresh. I have been back a few times and each time the food had been very good but the service has had issues. Most recently the waitstaff are so bad that I actually had to grab one as he walked by to get another drink. Bar sales are a huge source of revenue for a establishment but you loose when your waitstaff are so bad they can’t be bothered to ask if I want another $12 drink. If something drastic doesn’t change soon nobody will go there because you wil be out of business. I love your food but the front of the house is awful.
Good food incompetent waiter service. We were seated by a young women who had a chip on her shoulder. when asked if we could sit at another table and we were the only ones there. waiter had us twitching , I ordered the two crab cakes as an appetizer and low and behold two orders of crab cakes were served. when I informed them I ordered one order of two crab cakes the waiter insisted I take them home or someone else at my table could eat as they would otherwise be thrown out.Needless to say they were on my bill. I paid and that will be the last time they will see me,nor will I recommend it.
Disappointed. Based on prior rave reviews I was thoroughly disappointed with Il Fresco. While five out of seven of our entrees were very good the whole dining experience was soured by the surly and inept wait staff. I was very surprised that the Chicken Parmesan and the Shrimp Parmesan were presented without any side dish while the specials were served with a vegetable and starch. I feel it would be better not to offer a salad with the meal rather than serve such a tiny salad.
Best bolognese IN THE WORLD!!! I plan business trips to this area just so I can eat here. Great service, even better food. Do yourself a favor, of you are in the area definitely give Il Frisco a visit.
Amazing food and great service. I have eaten here many times and it has always been perfect.
