Good Food, Bad Service. This diner seems a little more up class but the waitstaff does very little but the food was excellent and plentiful.
Decent at best. Been here a few meals and regretted each visit. The servers like to chat amongst themselves and are in-turn very content ignoring you. The food is sub-par diner food. The last meal I had there was breakfast; honestly don’t remember what I ordered but it was not good, and the prices were similar to iHop. If you’re in the area you can do better.
What a waste of my time!. We were on our way back to home and made a stop at the Rockland Bakery to pick up some fresh bread to take home to family in the North Country. Being that we were hungry and looking at a 5 hr ride we stopped at the Nanuet Dinner. First off most diners I thought made Moussaka a Greek specialty. I was wrong. Not 1 Greek food item. So I settled for a Veal special. What a mistake. I think my dogs eat better. My daughter ordered a Corned Beef and pastrami on rye. The meat was all dried out and was falling apart. Guess we should have gone back to a good Jersey Diner. We should have looked for a good Pizza joint. Don’t spend your money or time here at this place…it’s just gross!
Stopped in for an early Sunday breakfast. Wife ordered a western omelet and I had pancakes. The food was very good, large portions, fair prices. Our server was excellent. I noticed that the restaurant was very clean. It was a positive experience.

Awful experience. Food and service were very bad. we had to track the waiters down for water refills, salad dressing, etc….I ordered a gyro, which was not good at all. My husband’s burger was dry. The only good thing there were the waffle fries. Not worth what we paid for the meal. We will not be back.
