For the first time I ordered for take out, never ate here before. spare ribs were hard to chew, the wonton soup was not to bad, ordered chicken soong was pretty good but did not like the sauce that came with it, also pad thai it was the worst I have ever tasted, noodles under cooked chunks of chicken. threw it away. a big waste of money. will never be back. the local take outs are better than this over priced place.
Over rated. Over priced chinese food
Food was good, service was not. We arrived for an early dinner and it was already busy, but we were seated right away. Our friendly server came over and took drink orders. After that service kind of fell apart. We had a toddler with us and needed things to move along quickly, but due to a combination of mistakes, delays and misunderstandings it was just under an hour until some of us received our entrees. My Mongolian Beef was very good but by the time it arrived we were eating our food as quickly as we could. This was not a screaming kid situation but it was certainly one where everyone was tired of being there. Our server did apologize for treating an appetizer and salad ordered as entrees as just an appetizer and salad and waited to put in the rest of the food order. That was an unwelcomed delay. I wont get into other issues but there were another handful. I believe he sincerely wanted to do well, and there may have been reasons outside of his control why our experience was sub-par. Usually if the food is good I can still like my visit even if there are service glitches or environment issues, but in this particular case I cannot.
Very disappointed. My family and I were really looking forward to trying pf changs. We heard so many great things about the restaurant in Westchester and were thrilled when one opened locally. Not only was the food not hot, (room temperature at best) but everything was extremely greasy and had a burnt flavor. The manager was very nice and the service was fine. The food is what will prevent us from going back.
Not so good. The waiter was really nice and awesome customer service, but the food is really suck!!! Everything I’ve try from there was disappointed.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. While the food was good- everybody in the entire staff doesn’t have a clue how to run a restaurant- what should have taken us 1 hour took us 3 hrs- many, many mistakes- cold food- wrong beverages- over 6 mistakes in one seating! if you like PF Changs- go to another territory- this one is awful
