Average. I stopped in for breakfast, early enough to be one of the first customers. The place did start to fill up while I was there, including a long table of regulars. Popular places are good places.I echo a few of the other reviews, I did not find anything special with the food. Large pancakes were expected and they delivered, I had two buttermilks that took up most of my plate. I picked ham for the meat choice for my breakfast special. The photo I posted shows my breakfast, there were more ham slices under the pancakes. The ham was thin sliced and dry. The pancakes were fine but perhaps I should have tried something more than just buttermilk. Maybe it was the house syrup, which was not particularly good.I was there too early to see the speedy service others mentioned when the place was crowded, but I can attest my service was very good and speedy enough for me.The restaurant seems to be located away from any main road, but Im not from around these parts and maybe the location is just fine. So long as enough customers come to visit all is good. Same with the temporary looking sign shown in a photo posted 4 years ago that is still in use today. Customers come, all is good, and you dont really need a flashy expensive sign.In addition to breakfast they also list lots of sandwiches and wraps in their menu. They have been serving up pancakes plus for almost 8 years. Where I come from thats a pretty good track record.
Great Breakfast. The place can get very crowded even on weekdays. That’s a good sign. The food is decent, nothing outstanding but always consistent. The service is friendly and my coffee seems to be always full. Its worth the wait which even at its worst has never been more than 15 minutes.

Good Stuff…More Than Enough. He says:Busy restaurants don’t usually have this good of a turnaround for seating or serving. Seven and half inches of pancake is a little much so come hungry. This is a great place to go if you’re in the Nanuet area and ihop is overcrowded… Which it often is. The breakfast is good. Friendly & prompt service… Big big pancakes!!! .5 pancakes will fill the average person.
The wait was not long even though the place was packed. The service was friendly. The staff was pleasant. The food was not that great. The home fries tasted like if they were yesterday’s leftovers. The syrup tasted like it was the lite version. Although one of the waitresses told us it was the regular maple syrup. The bathroom was clean. The atmosphere was comfortable.
