Not as good as it used to be…. The title says it all. We’ve been ordering from here a few times a month since they’ve opened (in fact we ordered from there on their first day open). My family agrees that the food is great from Peggy’s. Their chicken and ribs is DELICIOUS – for around 24 bucks you get a full chicken and full ribs dinner (enough to feed four) with BBQ sauce and pita bread. This meal continues to be a deal. However, we have had issues recently. When they first opened, and for the first year, they had decent large portions for great prices. In the past couple of months, their salads have become extremely noticably flimsy, prices have risen, there is less meat on the gyros, the tomatoes are less fresh, etc. While this may not bother others, I hate when places try to fool you into thinking they are giving the same great deals/products they always have. I remember when Mr. D’s started to skimp on their gyros before they closed – we stopped going there. I doubt we will be ordering from here as often, especially for the gyros and greek salads, but I would recommend their chicken and ribs to anyone.

I ordered rib and chicken combo to go, I was surprised the amount of food I got for the price and to boot the food was excellent. The kids may not be the best but the cook did a great job. Mys on loves the burgers here. Worth a stop for take out, there are tables but depressing place to eat in.

Excellent Take-out. The food is fresh and inexpensive. Gyros, spinach pie, greek salad and ribs. Dinner for 6 <$45.
Great food, and a lot of it. I come here a lot. Burgers rule! Had the chicken sandwich deluxe as well, awesome! Good people as well. Love this place!
Worst Lunch in a long time. I ate there for the first time today and ordered the Chicken sandwich delux. First of all, it wasnt even a sandwich. When the server bought out the meal I didnt even recognize it to be what I ordered. All listed below was covered by a cooked pita bread? It was several pieces of grilled chicken with no flavor thrown on a plate on top of 200 shoestring french fries, a slab of onion, two slices tomato and a hunk of lettuce. I couldnt even make this mess edible and took it back to the counter and told them I would never eat there again. Just awful what passes for a lunch nowadays and I was told their food was good. If you call it a sandwich it should be a sandwich not something else. Never again!
