Busy and noisy, and very good. This very popular restaurant chain seems to be busy and noisy wherever I find it. This particular Cheesecake Factory was also busy and noisy tonight. We had about a 30 minute wait for a table, which gave us some time to explore a little of the gigantic Palisades Shopping Mall. Once we were seated everything went great. While they offer a huge selection of entrees, we opted for burgers tonight. Mine was delicious. I had the Americana Burger and it was one of the best burgers Ive had in a while. I could taste a slightly charred flavor, the beef was juicy, I could even distinguish the flavor of the cheese. The fries made a traditional and in this instance an excellent side dish. The sweet potato fries my wife had and I sampled were also very good.How can you visit The Cheesecake Factory and not have a slice of cheesecake? Unfortunately for us, we had to run and skipped dessert. They have an extremely long list of different types of cheesecakes and ones Ive sampled at other restaurants were definitely something to save room for.Service was friendly and accommodating. All in all it was a very good visit.

The factory meatloaf and to be honest meatloaf is something I am very judgmental about but I must say it was delicious & very filling. There steak was also very tantalizing the mash potatoes was just right as well as the sweet potato fries. This place is not you average chain restaurant. And I say that because I am usually very disappointed with chain restaurants. But this was actually a great experience and the desert I had a cheesecake with chocolate cake with peanut butter cups pieces wow that’s all I can say. What a great experience.
