The person who wrote bad review please check again this is Villagio in WEST NYACK not the iPhone in Suffern similar name but totally different owner. Villagio in WEST NYACK is where good pizza and good food is at. Very nice friendly ppl work there and food is delish!!!

To the person who wrote the terrible review above me…. you are talking about ILL VILLAGIO in SUFFERN! this is VILLAGIO PIZZA CAFE in WEST NYACK…make sure you know te correct name before you bash a restaurant this store in west nyack would NEVER treat a patron like that FACT
Value Your Customers. Poor decisions cost customers and word gets around. I’m in my own business, and even if the customer is wrong (which I wasn’t), the customer is always right- with a smile. Eat the price of one dinner to keep a customer- pretty basic good business practice. But, I guess some people can only see what’s right in front of their nose. I ordered a dinner for take out, but different dinner was waiting when I arrived. The woman said the man who took my order said he repeated it twice- passive-aggressive way of telling me I’m wrong! He didn’t because if he did, I would have heard him and corrected the order. They looked at me; I looked at them. I asked if I could order the correct dinner. They said no because they have to throw out the order I don’t want. I suggested selling it to another customer. They said that can’t be done, but it’s always done at other places. Okay, they want everything prepared fresh. So, give someone a discount! I am in disbelief they won’t prepare what I want, and I won’t purchase the wrong order since my husband had the same meal for lunch. The owner, a gray-haired guy- unpleasant, no eye contact- just stands there. I ask him why he can’t accommodate my request, as we are good customers. Not looking at me, he says in a agitated tone that he has to throw the order away now. (I’m sure someone at that place will probably have a great meal tonight! ) Smart move, Ill Villagio….I learned my lesson not to ever patronize your place again, despite your convenience; I hope you think about the significance of good customer service in a small village the next time something happens.
