Call Zagats!. Your best option by far in the surrounding area. Their great bagels are famous. You have to try them to understand. This is an old school operation where mostly everything is made by hand as you can easily see via the wide open kitchen when you visit. Clean, quality eats, friendly, seating, restroom.

Food is fresh, service friendly, only complaint is they need a better system for picking up food called in ahead. You walk in, there’s a huge line and you see your food all ready and bagged yet still have to wait, mine as well not order ahead!
Unbelievable Bagels!. I literally crave these bagels, they are unbelievable! No matter what time of they day I go the bagels are always fresh, soft and delicious. More often then not WARM! The sesame and everything are my favorite and they have a great selection of Cream Cheese options! Definitely some of the best bagels I’ve ever had and I lived in the city for a long time.
