Service was quick and friendly. Nice variety of beer. Cool setting. Food was delicious. I had the Shepard’s pie. Better than my own. Friends had ahi tuna and the veal. Both excellent. In fact tuna was perfect. Only wish it wasn’t raining so we could have sat outside. It looks real nice. Downtown Schenectady has come a long way.

ADA NON-compliant!. Denied access to a patron with a service animal!Not only rude and inconsistent with good business/customer relations, but illegal as well. I am telling everyone I know about this, the Owners should be held accountable for this reprehensible behavior!
Blatant discrimination. Disabled patrons, take your business elsewhere! Last night my wife & her service dog were refused entrance! The manager then told her to return home & get proof that he was a service dog. This is illegal under the ADA. She had been frequenting the pub, with her dog, for months, with never a problem. She had, more than once, presented her paperwork, as a courtesy. Even IF they had good food/service(which they don’t), I will never darken the door, unless in protest!
It took forever. The atmosphere was nice. Sat outside on a beautiful day. It took 15 minutes to get drinks. We were given no napkins or coasters which was a problem because the wrought iron table let drips right through to our legs. Slow on asking for refills. It took over half an hour to get appetizers. Weren’t given plates. Ordered Irish Nachos, asked for cheese on the side…it came with cheese on. The nachos were hard and almost burned.Wings were good. Caprezi salad was mediocre. Ordered cheddar bacon burger. Came with a lump of over crisp bacon. Fries had a lot of pepper on them.Ordered pulled pork. Got cut pieces of pork in sauce and it wasn’t even warm. Waited twenty minutes for check. Finally had to go find the waitress (who was chatting at the outside bar) to get the check.We will not return. Some wait staff looked on top of it….but others walked very slowly. Our waitress rarely made eye contact.
