  Come on in …. This place has city people, street people, older folks, younger folk; smart people and common people and people who really don’t care if you’re smart or not as long as you’re nice … people who like rock, jazz, the blues, Johnny Cash and metal too (I guess)., country folk, professors from Union college, students from union college, guys from the bar down the street, people from New Hampshire, Troy and Massachusetts, and never forget the ones who have more fun than the sheriff locking people up – the bikers- probably the ones from from New Hampshire, Troy and MA… ya gotta get there / here somehow. Always friendly – till some one starts some s#!t … then it’s business as required. And the guy who runs the show, Donny B. – always with everything to offer and never asking for a thing in return … what a stand up guy! Prices are more than fair and all ya need to do is compare, so sing a song and sip a-long till you wanna go out and buy a bike. Just drink responsibly so you get home safe, then ya can all come back again and again – hear? And one last thing – bras may be optional, at least by the time you leave …

  This IS a biker bar!. It’s also a safe place to go have a brew. I like bikers up to a point, and used to be one sort of. I had a Triumph, which is not a Harley, so by some standards, I wasn’t a ‘true’ biker. The Saw Mill caters to bikers, no matter what their ride, has honest brew at honest prices, really friendly service, and the owner makes sure that there’s really okay food if you want it. Just don’t go there with an attitude and you’ll enjoy yourself.
