Great Bar. Always have a great time here, the food is limited but the beer and the staff are great. Happy hour specials are some of the best in Schnectady. I always feel relaxed when I go there. Good Job!! We will be back.
Cramped and uncomfortable, poor service.. Recently visited and was not impressed. The place is small and very cramped to the point where it’s difficult to move, especially around the picnic tables that take up most of the floor space. There are no seats at the bar, only short narrow benches that are anchored to the floor. Because of this many people stand at the bar which makes it difficult to get the attention of the barkeep. I waited forever for a beer and nearly walked out before I finally got someone’s attention. The food service consists of a couple of varieties of sausages which you have to stand in line to get, as if you were at the county fair, and a street-style food truck parked outside. Definitely not worth the wait. Finally, there are numerous German flags displayed outside the place, including a large flag on a tall pole by the street, but not a single American flag. This was especially offensive to see on Veteran’s Day. I definitely will not be going back. There are other places in the neighborhood that are superior to Wolff’s.
