  Good food, poor management. Went there today at 11:45 am. The floor was totally greasy and dangerous. A customer mentioned it to the manager, who was very busy texting. He explained something about how the grill makes it greasy and then returned to his texting. After an older woman was complaining because her cane was slipping on the floor he finally got around to throwing down a small rug that only covered a portion of the floor (and nearly tripped another older woman while doing it) I guess he figured he needed a break and got back to texting. Food was good although it’s a long wait to get it, but due to this one manager in particular, I won’t be going back again.

  Get your 5 guys fix here. Despite great visibility from road, the parking situation is cramped here. best to take a spot further in the lot and walk in. small locale but big on the burgers, if you know the brand it’s all the same, though it bothers me their stash of potato sacks form the aisles, gotta be a health hazard waiting to happen. probably the only burger chain that uses real meat and potatoes. soda machine looks like something apple would have invented.

  While I’m not really a burger person I did give it a try….. Totally not worth it. Overly expensive typical fast food overcooked burger… Oh well. My friends and neigbors have been talking bout this place in huguenot called Burga, Inc. supposedly it’s amazing with some famous butcher Pat Lafrieda … Guess I will give it a shot

  I’ve been to 5guys before in manhattan and it’s good. This one is not so great. Yes it’s new and still getting started but it’s very expensive and the food isnt as good as I’ve had it.

  This place is pure garbage. $15 for a burger and fries.. The burger, which was $9, tasted like a baconator from wendys. Total ripoff. The fries were over $5. They weren’t cooked fully and tasted like crap. I waited 20 minutes to get my order because it is so crowded (I don’t have a clue who in their right mind would go back there after they’ve experienced who badly this place rips you off), but I will never go back to Five Guys. I predict they’ll shut down within the year because people will hopefully realize how overpriced and ridiculous this place is.
