Worst Service EVER. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I purchased restaurant.com certificates for this pizza joint and have had nothing but grief ever since. The surly staff has consistently refused to honor them. Even though Pronto Pizza obviously had agreed to Restaurant.com terms in order to get the exposure from their site but when it comes to their end it is all BAIT AND SWITCH.
Forget Delivery. We did order from here alot, but no more afer today. Have u ever seen a food delivery that doesnt even come with forks? Every single time we order, there is a problem. Today, again NO FORKS, no grated cheese, order was wrong. When they get it right the food is usually very good, but lately, they just dont get it correct
