Opened in January, 2017, The Blue Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar is the newest addition to Islip. We feature freshly-caught seafood and shellfish from our Long Island waters, and a variety of dry aged meats from the finest local purveyors. You can enjoy innovative entrees, an ala carte raw bar, and house-made desserts. The Blue Bar is the perfect place to enjoy one of our nautical-inspired craft cocktails. With happy hour everyday, and a special bar menu, you wont want to leave. Our main dining room is warm and sophisticated with a fire place and glass sliding doors that open up to the Village.
