Great baked goods, plus shelves of local products to buy. Quaint, homey and just a charming place to stop for baked goods, coffee, whatever on a stroll about little Livingston Manor. Right near the river too.
This is a bakery that makes delicious German style pastries. It also sells coffee that can be enjoyed at outside table or in a cozy nook inside. A great place for a snack. It’s open Friday-Sunday until 3:00.
A great selection of breads and pastries. The raspberry crumble is my favorite. The multi-grain bread with lots of seeds is excellent. Coffee is fresh. Servers are friendly. It’s often crowded. Only open on weekends.
We stopped here for some dessert after enjoying lunch across the street. We shared blueberry crumb cake, chocolate danish, a brownie and a raspberry tart. All were delicious as well as the fresh coffee!!
I have bought a few things here. For the butter cake. It was uneatable. First of all it was pure grease at the bottom. Not even butter. Try baking with quality products if your a real baker.
I wanted to give 3.5. It’s better then average but taste wise nothing over the top. You should try it if you’re in town, it’s much better the anything around.
