Found this while out on a Sunday ride and will add it to the places for a repeat. Coffee bar/cafe with a pleasant staff and cute interior. Had the curry egg salad sandwich with greens and a cafe mocha latte. Both hit the spot!!
We call this place “The Mean Girl Cafe” because the owner is so nasty. Sadly, it’s the only place within 15 miles to get espresso coffees, so we have to suck it up.

Breakfast and lunch. Cool atmosphere. Great eats. Eat indoors or on the patio. Like old time Greenwich Village in the country.
We stopped in for breakfast to find the menu on their website had been slashed to about 3 breakfast items. An Egg Sandwich, an egg and spinach dish and something I can’t remember. The cashier/waitress suggested we try the Callicoon Caffe and we did.
Great cost benefit. Both the breakfast and lunch-type dishes we had were great. A tumeric latte was an original, good discovery.
Super cute cafe with a great breakfast! I like the egg sandwich with kale. Also very appreciative that it’s open early
