Very poor customer service but the food is good.. If you dont mind waiting while they mix up everyones orders and you dont mind even ending up with the wrong order after you have waited… It will probably be a wonderful sandwich anyways. And please dont expect anything more then a begurdging sorry. My review is mixed 50/50

This is best kept secret in syracuse. such a vast creative menu mix whatever u chose or take creative sandwiches as they are. promise u will never be disappointed. who knew they’ve been in business over 20yrs. be sure to call delivery orders or catering orders ahead. i love this place give it a try.
A Gem in a Weird Part of Town. If you happen to find yourself in the warehouse/factory neighborhood just north of downtown, during the week before 3pm, make sure you find this place. Sounds tough doesnt it? It is! This place is only open 5 days a werk and during the day but I promise the sandwiches are worth it.
Unpleasant. Food was overpriced, small portions. Moody/unpleasant staff – interaction with them was generally unpleasant. I asked the older gentleman working the cash register what a certain sandwich was and he acted as if I was a complete waste of his time, just plain rude. I do not recommend this place.
