  Just had the worst experience ever! I ordered food for delivery and the food I ordered came wrong and was old and dried out. when I called to get it fixed I was confronted with hostility and terrible customer service. The employee was rude and unwilling to help at all and the food delivered was gross and a waste of money. I will NEVER order from this place again! it was awful!!!

  Bad service/Customer service. –We had got a flyer in the mail for a place in downtown Syracuse– Casey’s Corner Deli and free delivery hmm–I figure why not ? They had a coupon for 2 dinners ,so I called ,made sure they delivered this far east and gave our order–Not bad delivery time less then 45 minutes –Price was good ,as I used the coupon–Ken ordered meatloaf ,mashed potato’s, green beans with gravy ,and I ordered Chicken riggies ,1 of my favorite pasta dishes –Food gets here, luke warm, ok i can heat it up–no gravy on Kens meatloaf and as he ate ,he bit into something hard, part of the plastic plate was in the food, in the green beans(bottom of container)–Chicken riggies had chicken about the size of a pea ,and wasn’t spiced well, just really HOT from the jalapeno peppers and LOTS of them, more of them than chicken –I called to let them know, I wasn’t happy(NEVER ordering from them again ) as it was our 1st time ,and wanted them to know for future customers–So Josh the so called manager came on the phone ,tried to offer me a free delivery,or credit, i said no ,we wont be ordering from you again ,but wanted (you to know what was wrong ,for your other customers) ,I was interrupted ,I know where this is going he says ,we don’t give cash refunds–I said Umm I don’t want cash back ,I paid by cash, but wont be ,again i’m interrupted and he is speaking loudly over me–I said way to go an really lose a customer and any type of reference from me, to anyone else ,to order, or stop into your restaurant !!! and hung up –What an IDIOT –VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! NEVER,NEVER, EVER be rude to a customer, who can pass on all the bad things, and make it hard for any business to stay open ,most of all in downtown Syracuse !!! 1st and last time with this place !!! Some people really should NOT be in business– SMH!!

  Cheesecake!. I’ve stopped here several times for lunch & snacks. It’s your standard pizza/sandwich shop. Nothing special–the sandwiches I’ve had were OK. I haven’t tried any of the pizza or calzones. What you should go out of your way for, though, is a great cheesecake they make there. It’s one of the best I’ve had–far from the usual heavy, congealed slab that I can’t stand.Lighter, moist, & almost cake-like in texture–they sell individual sizes with various toppings or flavors. I’d have attached a photo but my wife & I just polished it off. Maybe next time…Before I found this place, my hands-down favorite cheesecake was from a Jewish Bakery on Rue des Rosiers in Paris.

  BEST SANDWICH EVER. I just ordered a Reuben Sandwich for me, and Meatball Parm for the hubby for the first time from Casey’s Corner Deli. They were delivered hot and quick, but most importantly, they were the BEST we have ever had! Lots of meat, very lean on the corned beef. I could only eat 1/2 and I was full. I didn’t even touch the loaded fries, except to taste their awesomeness too! I don’t usually take the time to do reviews, but I not only did this review, I posted on my Facebook, and I called them to compliment them! Wow! I have attached a photo of the reuben sandwich.
