  An insanely good treat off the SU campus. YES! Insomnia cookies… those fresh outta the oven, please-just-don’t-fall-apart-in-my-hand-on-the-way-from-the-box-to-my-mouth bits of heaven.I literally made myself buy a dozen cookies every few weeks for my office just so I could share the delight of this place with others (and because it would take me that long to decide which cookies I wanted to eat that day). Their selection is decent. The quality is consistently wonderful. My favorites were M&Ms, Snickerdoodles, and White Chocolate Macadamia, but they were all dreamy. There are some frozen yogurt options too, but the dazed-and-cookie-fused experience honestly doesn’t really allow you to get that far. They also wisely limit their beverage options to a half-dozen varieties of milk… I mean, what else would you be thinking of, right? Cookies and Coca-cola??? That’s just disturbing.Prices are great (most $1.25, 12 for $9.50 and such). Cookie delivery is available, which is the greatest idea since Einstein’s theory of relativity. They also have specials for bulk orders going up to 300 cookies… which I think is the daily order for that corner of heaven devoted to fresh baked cookies.Not that it would have mattered to me, but the gal behind the counter with the cowboy hat was also a plus. Charming gal who always got into some clever back-and-forth with me about who-knows-what. I wish they could have transferred her to a fictional Insomnia Cookies in Seattle so I could keep visiting… I mean, they have good cookies out here too, but no cowboy hats. : (

  MMMMMMM. So gooddddd! They deliver late at night and you can order online which is cool. They come so fast too. And warm. I recommend the smores cookie. It’s so soft and warm and omg it’s so amazing. I wish they had more locations other than just college towns though.
