Best in Syracuse!. My family took me to Koto’s for the first time, what a treat! Beautiful restaurant with warm and inviting staff. The service was excellent and most importantly (to me) the restaurant was VERY CLEAN! Our food came out fast and was delicious. Over all, a wonderful treat for my birthday. I highly recommend a visit.
