AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Impossible to deal with. You order online from their website run by beyondmenus.com. You send someone to pick it up. Must call to confirm order. Beyondmenus.com takes your credit card info online BUT the restaurant won’t accept it OR take a credit card over the phone. They won’t deliver, though their website and a call there says they do. You must have the person sent to pick up your order come BACK & get the physical credit card and bring it to them. They barely speak enough English to recognize menu items. They ignore you standing at the counter with money to pay so they can START your 7 item order submitted over 30 minutes ago. They claim to be busy but a cannon ball hurling in from each direction wouldn’t hit anyone. Crazy and frustrating – every – single – time! This seems like the typical Chinese restaurant scam to avoid paying tax on food sales.
