Top favorite. I have to say that the best food I have ever had has been from Luigis. And it amazes me how much food you get for just a small price! On top of your HUGE portion sizes dinner (which of course makes for leftovers) you also get a side of a pasta of your choice, salad and amazing fresh bread. The waitresses are so friendly but again, the food is amazing. Love love love this place so much! One of my all time favorites
Fish. Simply the best.!!!!
Pizza? Seriously?. I have been to this location twice. Once for dinner, it was passable as Italian food. The pizza, just a few days ago, on the other hand, was pure garbage! What exactly is that round thing you make? Bitter sauce, cheap cheese and cheap dough.Dominos is a far better choice for pizza.
Long Time Luigi’s Customer. I have been going to Luigi’s since I was about 5 years old. Still say you get the most bang for your buck when it comes to Pizza. I think I might have paid for his addition when he bought out the old store next to him and turned it into a dinning room. I still go there and the food is still great. And by the way, Luigi is a great guy, and if you think he was grumpy, you must have gave him a reason to be
It’s annoying that people only review restaurants if they had a bad experience. So here I am putting my money where my mouth is. Stopped at Luigi’s for dinner tonight, just my bf and I. The waitress brought us water right away and Italian bread. We order off of the special menu that had cheaper prices than the normal menu. Our entrees came with a chef salad. Our bill was $26. No grumpy old man ever came out to harass us. I thought it was a good amount of food for the price we paid. It’s a good place to stop if you’re in the mood for a traditional Italian meal. We really enjoyed it.
THE BEST PIZZA IN SYRACUSE. I found this place in the mid 1970s. After moving to Colorado in the 80s, everytime we would come back to visit family, one of the things we had to do before heading back to the land of Mountains and Great Mexican Food was have Luigis Pizza. When We moved back to Syracuse six years ago I was happy to end up living only a mile from Luigis so I can have the best Pizza any time I want.Huge pies with delicious sauce and loads of great toppings. You can’t go wrong with the Luigi’s special.
