BURNT. Tonight (2/22/2014) we ordered from NY Gianni’s Bronx Style Pizza for the first time. Call number 1 was at 6:35 pm to make order, the person was polite, but was about as bright as a 10 watt bulb, we were told that it would be about an hour because they were very busy, we said no problem. Well finely at 7:26 pm, I called to ask about our order status, it is on the way right now sir, Great I said.7:45 still no order, finely 8-10 minutes later I, place a third call, I’m told the driver should be there now sir I’m informed, I think to my self where, because I, certainly am not seeing him. At last at 8:25 pm arrival of the 2 hour order, OH excuseme, actually 1 hour and 50 minutes, but whats the difference. A huge differencewould be that I’d be willing to wait 5 hours more for a can of alpo dog foodrather than any thing that would come from there kitchen because when we with a anticipated hunger did receive #1 antipasto salad with wilted/brown lettuce, #2, 2 chicken parm subs with a side eggplant, both the chicken and eggplant were not edible at all burnt and mega dry, # 3 the pizza rubbery, cold, burnt. So with all of this having ben said THIS PLACE SUCKS REALLY BAD!!!! RICHMO1360
THE WORST EVER!. Worst experience in town! DO NOT ORDER from these scammers! We have ordered previously on many occassions and we did not have any complaints. However, last Friday, 1/17/14, our family ordered large pizza, 20 wings and a antipasta. After waiting for about an hour, the pizza arrived luke warm at best (borderline cold)–owner stated it has just come out of the oven but the oven must have been in Buffalo, the wings were so tough I would consider them jerky not wings (no sauce), the antipast appeared to have went through a tornado and had no italian dressing we requested. So I called and asked for appropriate manager, spoke with John ….he explained they would make a whole new order of everything and bring to us (MIND YOU, they NEVER requested the food returned, if so it would have been everything as it was ALL HORRIBLE and rightfully thrown to the curb. My response last week… was we did not want to wait another hour to eat (at this point was around 730pm) and would just go out to eat….Johns response is that they would take care of the order next time we called. So today, as repeat customers, I called to order our usual menu items and was told we get 5% off….what a joke! The owner stated because we did not return the food this was reason for little or no compensation…NEVER NEVER did he ask to return the food ONLY they would make more. So for a $35 order (after tip) they were going to offer us 1.50 dollar off an order for food last week that was not worth food for an animal…cold pizza, jerky wings, and antipast that would make any food lover quiver…..If you have any thought of order from these jokesters…think twice…any positive reviews or advocates for this place must be out of thier minds….A TOTAL FARCE …STAY AWAY!
Delicious. Wow, what a surprise. I ordered wings, pizza and garlic bread. Being from Buffalo I have to say the wings were excellent, saucy tangy and hot. The garlic bread, was, well, garlicky. Yummm. Got it delivered to my hotel in a very expedient fashion. Thanks guys, very much appreciated.
Awesome pizza. Pizza is awesome. I even ate the crust which i hardley ever do. The garlic wings are great. Wings were crispy not rubbery at all. Highly recommend this place
Gianni’s the Place. Pizza is all about the crust, sauce, real moz. cheese and quality ingredients and Gianni’s has them all. Highly recommended for anchovy lovers. The best.
Love this Place. Today we had to drive to Syracuse . I had looked up this place before going to Syracuse so my Family stopped there on the way home and let me tell you …I do not write reviews but this one deserves one ! We ordered the special ! large 1 topping the salad and wings and OMG the Salad was just like I know from europe with a little salami cheese ham fresh ,fresh, fresh made with lot’s of attention to detail .. the Pizza came hot out the Oven and was brought to our table the crust to die for ! you could taste the fresh mozzarella the tomato sauce was not overpowering not bitter like most this one was JUST PERFECT ..the staff friendly and the little baked pastries are also a nice treat .I will revisit this place again whenever we drive down there because I me and my family enjoyed every bite of the food they make just delicious ! and the prices are top notch !
