Chicken = great. Incredible, flavorful, perfectly cooked chicken (no hyperbole), mediocre sides, and horrible service. The latter is easily forgiven, as I doubt the workers are paid more than minimum wage. I can’t figure out why the mashed potatoes taste like processed food, or why they are always out of the one potentially fresh food (green beans). Nevertheless, the chicken is the best I’ve had since I was a kid when we lived near a place that did the pressure-cooked fried chicken. I’d recommend getting a box and taking it home to eat with the family (make your own sides – fun for everyone!)
