Under New ownership. I work in the downtown area and eat salad for lunch regularly and pronto fresh used to be our favorite place to go for a fresh salad. However recently the salad portions are low, the salad is drenched with so much dressing that it is no long healthy, I couldn’t even eat mine. The salad was soggy and the leafs where turning brown. Spending over $8 for this type of salad and bad customer service will not happen a again. Management needs to think about their service before more people start going elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place. The music is great, the employees make a excellent effort to set a happy positive welcome the moment you step into the establishment. It’s a great place to eat if your trying to eat healthy, and especially if your trying to slim down for the summer hours. Check this place out if your around town. They also deliver to businesses around the city. I think the minimum is 35$ which is about 4 people and a couple of their chocolate chip cookies. Which I have to say are mouth watering.

Happy to report. I loved it. The line was long but moved steadily. All employees were polite and seemed happy. I really am not a big salad person though I force myself to eat a salad or two for lunch during the week to balance out my diet. I’ve got to say that the salad I ordered was fantastic. Portions were huge, dressing was perfectly mixed throughout and blue cheese was to die for. They have made me look forward to future salads with them.

Not in love anymore. To add on to the last reviewer…I too have given up on this place and thus clear my previous review. Sadly, the extremely slow service and the workers too busy socializing than working to get you in and out made me stop going a couple of months ago. Why do all downtown lunch spots do this after a while??? Drives me nuts. I will give it another shot in a couple of months, because I did like the concept and fresh ingredients. I don’t think they realize that most folks have a finite amount of time to eat, and that doesn’t include the time it takes to walk to the restaurant. Why would I walk another 5 minutes if the food takes 10 minutes longer to arrive?08 Jul, 2012Great. Probably the freshest and most diverse vegetables you’ll find for lunch downtown…usually you’re lucky if you can find a place with a decent salad (although I do realize there are a few exceptions to that). Any salad can be made into a wrap, and the dressings are very flavorful. This would be my first choice if I was hungry for a wrap or a salad. (Not that it matters for a food review, but the women working behind the counter are very attractive!)

Loved my salad! Would be easier if they tossed it, but good salad Selection, with an option to create your own. They offer soups, four standard sandwiches(turkey, beef, tuna, chicken salad) some bottled drinks, And coffee. Great service, smiles all around. Will be ordering ahead, how convenient!!

I wanted to love you…. I was so happy to see this restaurant open up. My first trip there was on their opening day. The food was good but you could tell they needed to work the kinks out when it came to service. Since then the food has been okay but unfortunately they haven’t worked out the kinks when it comes to customer service. The owner is pleasant and greets everyone with a smile, the older woman that works there is pleasant and friendly and strives to make people happy, where it all fails is the younger girl that alternates between the register and salad station. On today’s visit, the ‘weakest link’ took my order. Before I was even finished ordering she barked out ‘huh?’ in a snotty tone like I was speaking a foreign language or something. At that point I nearly walked out, but since I had a limited time frame for lunch decided against it. So, I repeated my order and waited for her to prepare it. When she was done, she wrapped it up and tossed it on the counter stating (in the same snotty tone) the other woman would ring me out. She then proceded to go over to the salad area, chat with a a kid filling the salad bar ingredients and began to eat wonton strips at the salad preparation station (which is all open containers of ingredients) how sanitary! I get it, everybody has a bad day. Still, even on my worst days I am not rude to customers. They are your life blood in the food industry- treat them with respect and they keep coming, treat them like they are doing something wrong by walking through the door and they will find somewhere else to patronize. I am now one of those customers that will go elsewhere. 🙁
